go to our web page and fill out an application to adopt her and put her name on the application.
Tennessee
Lady came from a home in Las Vegas, Nevada that could no longer keep up with her medical expenses. She was surrendered to YTNR and we took her to UT for her liver
shunt surgery. She's doing really well and she's a happy little girl who loves playing with Molly and her toys. She's an outdoor kinda girl and would love to be
with someone who likes parks and walks and outdoor sports. She is a LOVE BUG on top of her lady bug ways.
She weighs about 4 pounds and is a delightful little girl. She is 7 1/2 months old and a real cutie girl.
For more information on Lady, see below under “Tennessee”.
Any donations to help pay for her medical will allow us to help another dog in need. Thank you for your donation.

Mandy
Update: 1/10/2010 Mandy has been Adopted!!!
8/29/09
This is Mandy. Mandy was rescued from the SPCA and she is the most loveable little girl. She loves her foster mom and she just wants to be everywhere she is.
This little princess is on her way to being the spoiled little Yorkie that she deserves. She goes to work with her foster mom every day and on the weekends; plans are
not made without consulting Mandy first.
Mandy is around 9 years old, she weighs 6 pounds and she is just so glad to be back “home”. Mandy has a few issues that need to be taken care of before she is ready
for adoption. She will need to spayed and she has a few mammary tumors that need to be removed (this is why you should SPAY your female dogs) and we are hoping that
they are just fatty tumors. If you can help with Mandy’s vet bills, she would really appreciate it and so would YTNR.

Buttons
11/28/2009 Buttons has been Adopted!!!
This is Buttons. He is 4 months old, weighs 4.2 pounds and is being fostered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Buttons was turned over to YTNR because he had a very serious
dual break in one leg and his family could not afford the surgery. The kids had taken Buttons outside to potty and they accidentally shut the sliding glass door on
him and the rest is history…
Buttons was in a lot of pain when we first got him. He has since had his surgery and now it is all about recovery and rehabilitation. Buttons is a very happy little
boy, but at 4 months old, this precious baby should have never been subjected to this pain.
Needless to say, surgery to repair two breaks was not cheap. Any donations that you can give to help pay for this surgery will be much appreciated. No donation is
too small. We cannot take care of these deserving innocent souls without your donations. If you can make a donation, please be sure to state that it is for
Buttons. Thanks!

Truman
7/29/2009: Truman has been adopted!!!
6/26/09
Meet Truman who is a handsome 8 month old 7 lb bundle of joy. He came in very sick with a single shunt that has been repaired and he is ready for adoption.
He is neutered and UTD on his shots and has a personality to die for. He loves everyone and gets along well with his foster brothers and sisters.
He is very playful and always has a toy in his mouth. Truman will do well with another pup and older children as he loves to play fetch. He has a
beautiful silky coat and fully potty trained to go outdoors. Truman cannot be crated and he would do best with a stay at home parent.
If you can make a donation to help cover the cost of his liver shunt surgery it will help us be able to continue helping adorable little dogs like Truman
who would otherwise die. Thanks
Any donations to help with medical treatment is greatly appreciated!

Itty Bitty
Itty Bitty Has Been Adopted!!!
Itty Bitty has been diagnosed with renal dysplasia and protein losing nephropathy (PLN). She is on a special diet and needs medication daily. Her condition must be
monitored with blood and urine tests every 3 to 6 months to make sure she is receiving the proper treatment. Her life expectancy is unknown, but shorter than anyone
would like, but just how short is anyone’s guess. At this time she is happy, active and does not act sick at all. There is no cure for her condition, so it needs to
be managed with diet and medication to slow down the deterioration of her kidneys.
1/26/09
This is Itty Bitty; a 1 ½ year old Maltese. She is 4 pounds when wet and just the sweetest little girl you will ever meet. She is a breeder surrender, but she was
never bred or sold due to her medical condition. Itty Bitty will be a special needs little girl and will require diet and medication, probably for the rest of her
life. At this point, we are still evaluating her and she will soon be going to the vet for an exam to find out more about her condition.
All donations are welcome and needed to help replinish funds. Thank you.

Mini
Update on Mini 3/25/2009
Mini has been Adopted!!!
Mini is a special needs Yorkie. She is 2 years old and weighs 9 pounds. We
sent her to UT for liver shunt surgery but they found that she has MVD and
multiple shunts. She will need to stay on her special diet, lactulose and
milk thistle for the rest of her life. We are learning that dogs with this
problem can live a fairly normal life as long as they stay within the
guidelines of diet and exercise.
