Hello to our Yorkshire Terrier National Rescue Friends!
I am writing this quick note and trying to get ready for our Trip To Sweden for the World Dog Show! We're not in the show, of course, we are doing a seminars
and performances for the events 'around' the show! We are the guests of YORKY CLUB/SYTS WWS. If anybody will be there, please let us know because we’d love
to see you!

YTNR’s Dayna Culbertson and Sassy, in the Big Apple!
What a thrill it was for Jilli and me to meet with Dayna and Geoff Culbertson, and their wonderful Yorkie, "Sassy", who won the Purina Dog Chow contest: Long Live
Your Dog! A contest that celebrates the uniqueness of 'your' dog! It was a random pick, but Sassy is perfect as the winner, being a beautiful 3 legged pooch, who
has overcome physical limitations to lead a more than normal life, and then who deserves such an honor more than Dayna, who is YTNR director of Oregon and Washington
State! I am convinced that there is a link between animal lovers/volunteers and 'Nice-ness', because Dayna is such a sweetheart, which fits the description of all the
folks at YTNR! Geoff is pretty darn cool, too! I heard from her the other day, and she said they had a great time! I will do a followup interview with them for my
column in Yorky Club Mag and share it with you!
The video of Jilli Dog On Disney TV Show, "Johnny and the Sprites" is now posted at her site! We are very proud of this work, and the Disney people loved it, and we
understand that it got rave reviews! check it out!

Many of you saw Jilli on "Fox 5 Morning Show with Mike and Juliet!" and contacted us with support and good wishes! Thank you!!! This show is now linked on the
appearance page of her site too! It's a lot of fun! And while you're at it, tell us what you think of the new site! We're very proud of it. I have to say that
when we do volunteer fundraisers, and I discuss YTNR, we get great feedback! I was also impressed and Happy to see the action from YTNR members in S Cal, in response
to a Yorkie in San Diego that was in a shelter and feared to be put down.
I have to go back to packing! I built a custom pvc tube frame inside a Sherpa Bag, which gives Jilli more space, for the long trip! I might add a wide screen TV and a
hot tub! We're a bit down to have to leave Spidey behind, he is such a fun part of the show! but it costs $450 on Air France for a dog.
Hope to meet more YTNR’ers as we travel around!
Best regards and love from Rick and Jilli Dog
